This package builds on the Cycle Reading sessions.

Now that we biohacked your female cycle together.
And now that you understand the impact your hormones have on your body and mind, are you ready to reach the next level?

First, we will establish your as-is situation: your current training, nutrition, sleep, stress level etc.
​
Afterwards we establish your goal: weight loss, muscle growth/definition,
endurance or simply "becoming more fit".
And then we are going to target your training to your 4 cycle phases,
to reach your goal in a faster & more efficient way.

Cycle based PT- 4 sessions (based on your 4 cycle phases during 1 cycle)
The training session will include a workout (warm-up, main workout, cool down) and short
discussion about your goal and where you stand.
You will also receive nutritional & menstruation cycle advice.

Location: gym, home or outdoor
